We move your library for you
We’ll move up to 100 videos on one WordPress site for free. Our team handles the files and embeds; you review each step. If your library is larger, spans multiple sites or has embeds built into your theme, we’ll give you a fixed quote after the pilot.
01
Measure
We run PageSpeed Insights on three Vidyard pages before changing anything.
02
Pilot
We switch those pages on a staging copy, set up your lead capture and measure again.
03
Move
Our team moves your videos with their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and captions.
04
Switch
You check one live page. Once you approve it, we replace the rest of the embeds.

We moved it in September 2026. After your pilot, we give you a plan and a date for your library.
Your editors stay in WordPress
Editors add videos from the media library with a block or an Elementor or WPBakery widget, just as they add images. GoDAM adjusts playback quality to each viewer’s connection and delivers the video through a global CDN.

Lead capture through the forms you already use
Show a form at the point in a video when viewers are ready to act. GoDAM works with 10 WordPress form plugins, including Gravity Forms, WPForms and Contact Form 7; submissions follow the form’s existing route to Marketo, HubSpot or Salesforce.
Reports you can compare with Vidyard’s
Compare results before and after the switch. GoDAM reports plays, unique viewers, watch time, retention and country. GoDAM Central uses Vidyard’s device and browser groupings, making the reports easier to compare.

FAQs
Questions about switching from Vidyard
Can we keep using Vidyard?
Yes. The two run side by side: keep Vidyard for the one-to-one sales videos your reps send, and move the videos on your website to GoDAM. Your reps keep their Vidyard workflow, and your website gets publishing, lead capture and analytics inside WordPress, with no per-seat pricing.
What does the free migration include?
Free migration covers up to 100 videos on one WordPress site. We move titles, descriptions, thumbnails and captions, and replace Vidyard embeds in your content. For larger libraries, multiple sites, embeds built into your theme or integrations such as Marketo, we provide a fixed quote after the pilot. Videos behind a password or access code, and in-video forms or CTAs, don’t move automatically; we list them in the pilot plan. The pilot also sets your timeline. Start before your renewal: Vidyard’s terms give you 30 days after the subscription ends to export your content.
What happens to the video activity already in Marketo?
It stays in Marketo. After the switch, GoDAM can log views by known leads as Marketo activities through an integration we set up.
Can we track videos embedded outside WordPress?
Yes. GoDAM Central tracks plays and watch time for embeds on domains you allow, alongside your WordPress videos. Forms, CTAs and other interactive layers work on your WordPress pages only.
What security reports can you share?
rtCamp, which builds and runs GoDAM, has a SOC 2 Type II report and ISO 27001:2022 certification. We share the reports under NDA. The WordPress plugin is open source, so your security team can inspect the code that runs on your site.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan includes every feature for 60 days, with 20 GB of storage and bandwidth. No credit card is needed.

Send us three pages
Send us links to three pages that use Vidyard. We’ll measure them as they are, switch them to GoDAM on a staging copy, and send you both PageSpeed reports with a plan for the rest of your library.
