What do I get in the Free Plan?
The Free Plan gives you 20 GB of both storage and bandwidth, 20 minutes of AI transcription and full access to all paid features, with unlimited sites and users, so that you can explore GoDAM end to end for 60 days. We are currently offering the Free plan without a credit card requirement. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime within 60 days from the start of the free plan to continue access beyond 60 days and unlock additional storage and bandwidth.
Who is GoDAM designed for?
Our solution is perfect for content creators, marketers, educators, e-commerce businesses, and anyone looking to enhance their video strategy with customizable and interactive features.
What happens if my subscription expires or I don’t renew?
If your subscription expires or is not renewed, GoDAM will continue serving your transcoded videos and assets for 30 days. After this period:
– All transcoded videos and assets will be removed from GoDAM’s CDN.
– The original uploaded video in your WordPress media library will remain and will be served instead.
To avoid service interruptions, we recommend renewing your subscription before it expires.
Can I upgrade or cancel my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or cancel your plan anytime from your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, JCB and Diners Club International.
Do you offer refunds?
No questions asked if you cancel within the trial. Post-trial refunds aren’t available. Please have a look at our Refund Policy.
Can I switch from a monthly to a yearly plan?
Absolutely! You can switch from a monthly to a yearly plan anytime.
Can I downgrade my current plan?
Yes, but only if your current storage usage is within the limit of the lower-tier plan. For example, if you’re on the Bronze plan and have used 120 GB, you won’t be able to downgrade to the Standard plan, which has a 100 GB limit.
