Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms is one of the most popular and flexible form-building plugins for WordPress, trusted by millions for creating everything from simple contact forms to complex application workflows. However, it does not offer native support for recording or capturing video directly from users,  a crucial feature for modern workflows like job applications, online auditions, customer support, and much more.
