As of version 1.4.5, you can:

• Add a camera input field, allowing users to record a submission live
• Allow the user to record their screen as part of a live-recorded submission
• Upload an existing video from their device using a standard uploader

All entries, including recorded videos, are stored and managed in the form entries backend on WordPress.
