    GoDAM Affiliate Terms & Conditions

    Welcome to the GoDAM Affiliate Program! Before you begin promoting our platform and earning commissions, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By joining our program, you agree to abide by the terms laid out below.

    How It Works

    As a GoDAM affiliate, you help spread the word about our digital asset management platform. In return, you earn a 20% commission for each new customer’s first purchase made through your referral link and 10% commission every time they renew their subscription.

    It is imperative that your referrals complete their checkout by clicking on your affiliate link. We cannot retroactively assign affiliates to any purchase.

    Affiliate commission is calculated on the final cart value paid by the customer. In most cases, this matches the listed plan price, unless the customer uses a discount coupon. For example:

    • If a customer purchases the Silver Yearly Plan priced at $290 through your affiliate link, your commission for the first purchase will be 20% of $290 = $58.
    • However, if the customer had applied a coupon worth $90, reducing the payable amount to $200, your commission will be calculated on the discounted amount. In this case, you would earn 20% of $200 = $40.

    Affiliates also earn 10% if their referrals upgrade their plans down the line. In this case too, the amount is calculated on the final cart value. For example:

    • If one of your referrals upgrades from a Starter Yearly Plan priced at $90 to a Bronze Yearly Plan priced at $190, your commission will be 10% of $190 = $19 (upgraded from $9 per billing cycle)
    • However, if the customer had applied a coupon worth $40 while upgrading, reducing the payable amount to $150, your commission will be calculated on the discounted amount. In this case, you would earn 10% of $150 = $15.

    Affiliate payout increases happen automatically when customers upgrade their plans 🙂

    Earnings & Commission

    • 20% commission on the first sale from each new customer
    • 10% commission every time your referral renews
    • Commission earnings can be redeemed after 30 days, and after hitting a minimum payout threshold of $50
    • We do not have a cap on potential earnings

    Payments & Payouts

    • Payouts are made via PayPal only. Ensure your PayPal email ID is correct.
    • If your affiliate account lacks payout details, your commission will roll over to the next cycle.
    • We reserve the right to withhold payment if affiliate sales are deemed fraudulent or violate our terms. Further, GoDAM reserves the right to:
      • Withhold or deny commissions for any reason
      • Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts without notice
      • Finalize all payment decisions at its sole discretion

    Affiliate Tracking Window

    • We use a 30-day affiliate tracking window. If a user clicks your link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you receive credit – unless another affiliate link was clicked more recently.

    Prohibited Activities

    Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Additionally, you may not:

    • Promote GoDAM using spam tactics or blackhat SEO
    • Use misleading or false information
    • Bid on GoDAM or related brand names in paid search campaigns
    • Use masked or misleading URLs

    Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, with forfeited earnings.

    Permitted Promotion Channels

    You’re encouraged to:

    • Write reviews and blog posts
    • Create YouTube tutorials or comparisons
    • Share on relevant social media platforms
    • Use banners or links on your site
    • Email your community with product spotlights

    Affiliate Dashboard Access

    Once approved, your affiliate dashboard gives you:

    • Real-time analytics
    • Commission tracking
    • Payout and tax form submission tools
