Subscription & Usage-Based Billing
- Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial, so users can test our service before purchasing. No charges will be applied during the trial period.
- Subscription Plans: Our paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- Usage-Based Billing: Bandwidth and storage usage beyond the trial period will be billed at the specified rates.
- Bandwidth and storage will not roll over to the next month.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
✅ Technical Issues – If you experience service interruptions due to platform failures that cannot be resolved.
✅ Accidental Charges – If you were mistakenly charged due to a system error.
Non-Refundable Cases
⛔ Partial Usage – We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time.
⛔ Auto-Renewals – Refunds are not provided for forgotten cancellations before renewal. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the billing cycle ends. Our system sends an email reminder before each monthly renewal.
⛔ Usage-Based Fees – Charges for bandwidth/storage usage are non-refundable.
